In 2022, WHYBL will is pleased to announce a NEW APPROACH to fall ball.
This year will feature:
NO TRAVEL. We'll play games once a week, on our own fields, using standard WHYBL rules. The season will end with a fun, competitive town-only tournament.
A RENEWED FOCUS ON FUN & DEVELOPMENT. We're going to shift to more structured, focused practices following USA Baseball's development model.
FIXED, CONSISTENT SCHEDULES. Teams will play one weekday night, Saturday and Sunday afternoons... at the same time every week. Our goal is to minimize conflicts with other fall sports and make it easier for parents to plan.
We will be fielding 3 divisions:
Instructionals (7-8yo): Players who played WHYBL Instructionals in the Spring
Minors (9-10yo): Players who played WHYBL Minors in the Spring
Majors (12U): Players who played WHYBL Majors in the Spring
