• Your registration will be final once payment has been received

• If you cannot pay by credit card, please contact Division VP (see below) to arrange for another payment method

• If payment is not received or arrangements are not made with the Division VP, your registration could be deleted

• WHYBL understands that the cost of sports can impose a hardship on some families - - we do not want anyone to miss out on youth baseball experiences due to financial issues

2023 Spring Season Refund Policy

-If a registration refund is requested by the registrant, please note that the following timelines and amounts apply:

• Before February 15 - 100% refund (less 3% credit card fee, if applicable)

• Before March 15 - 50% refund

• Before April 1 - 25% refund

• On or after April 1 - 0% refund

2023 Summer Season Refund Policy

-If a registration refund is requested by the registrant, please note that the following timelines and amounts apply:

• Before June 5 - 100% refund (less 3% credit card fee, if applicable)

• Before June 12 - 50% refund

• On or after June 12 - 0% refund

2023 Safety Protocol Information

• The health and safety of our players, coaches, families, and umpires are always our #1 priority.  While we are hopeful COVID is firmly in our rearview mirror, we are prepared to implement all the health and safety protocols utilized in in prior years if conditions require us to do so.
