Located at 74 Granby St. in Bloomfield, CT the WHYBL Indoor Facility has benefitted our league since Winter '16-'17 serving as a location for instructional clinics, league events, and team practices keeping our players involved in baseball activities year-round.
The facility features three retractable batting cages, a throwing tunnel (with mound), and large 100 x 60' turf field to help our league flexibly meet a variety of training scenarios and configurations.

Requests should include your name, your child's name, the time requested, and area of the facility you would like (e.g. batting cage, throwing tunnel, or field).
Time Slots are 30 minutes each.
It is required to complete the parent liability waiver in our Player Registration page before first use and/or as directed by Kevin.
Indoor Facility Procedures
Opening Procedures
Park in our lot on our side of the yellow line or across the street at Home depot. Please don't park in the cleaners parking lot.
Enter from side parking lot door only.
Turn lights on.
Adjust the heat on the wall if needed but do not turn on the air conditioner on.
Practice Procedures

Players gear should be moved away from the door and left near the chairs behind the cages.
Weights in the front weight room should not to be used by WHYBL participants or in any WHYBL program.
Parents who stay are welcome to use the chairs by the cages. Players and parents should not wait by the side doors since they are on the practice field.
When in doubt, speak with your team's manager or WHYBL event host about procedures.
Closing Procedures
Make sure toilets have been flushed and all water has been turned off in all sinks and bathrooms.
Clean up bathrooms (paper on floor).
Clean and organize cages and practice area when finished. All balls should be put away and batting cage nets closed.
Turn heat down to 53 degrees before leaving in cold months.
